Key immune system health supports a cascade of immune responses that begin in the mouth and proceed throughout the body and it optimizes response of natural killer cells, B-cells and T-cells, which seek out and destroy foreign substances. |
In addition, it:

There are critical nutrients that are missing from our foods that should be in abundance and the lack of these nutrients lead to weakened and dysfunctional immune systems. You need to take care of yourself by paying attention to your temple, the air you breathe, the water you drink, sunshine, rest, exercise, spirituality and nutrition. We will focus on nutrition, not because it is more important they are equally as important.
One of the major keys to restoring your immune health is to focus on the nutritional support your body requires by Optimizing Nutritional Biochemistry.
We need to pay attention to our biological design not disease. Drugs override normal immune system cell processes and the problem is not resolved. Nutrients support normal immune system cell processes and address’s the immune system dysfunctions. Specific nutrients support your body so your body can maximize its immune system functions.

To strengthen your immune system, you must address the needs of the systems in your body starting at the cellular level. A strong immune system is essential for health. The human immune system is a very complex system of the human body. The immune system involves your skin, intestines, nasal mucosa, blood, lymph, white blood cells, stem cells, b-cells and many other organs and tissues. Factors that impair the immune system include nutrient deficiencies, contaminated air, water and food, unhealthful lifestyles and too much exposure to harmful microbes. |
|
| The immune defense system is a body-wide network of organs, tissues, cells, and protein substances that work together to defend the body against attacks by "foreign" invaders. Those invaders are primarily germs—tiny, infection-causing organisms such as bacteria and viruses, parasites and fungi. |
The immune system is amazingly complex. It can recognize millions of different enemies, and it can enlist specialized cells and secretions to seek out and destroy each of them.
Returning balance and restoring proper balance and health to your immune system in the face of many diseases such as breast cancer, AIDS and HIV or heart disease may seem very challenging. What you will learn on the various pages of disease education is how to restore proper function to your immune system using the most current and valid natural nutritional
By rebuilding immunity, health is naturally restored and disease disappears. Intricate processes must occur in our immune system at the cellular level by utilizing natural non toxic nutritional components and natural health supplements to ensure optimal immune function.
Immunodeficiency - A group of diverse conditions caused by one or more immune system dysfunctions. This is where your immune system is under active, caused by one or more immune system dysfunctions that are characterized by increased susceptibility to infections with consequent severe, acute, recurrent, or chronic disease conditions such as recurrent pneumonias, recurrent colds, diarrhea, AIDS/HIV, infections, cancer etc…
Autoimmunity - When your body is attacked--perhaps by a virus or germs on a nail you stepped on--your immune system defends you. It sees and kills the germs that might hurt you. But when the system doesn't work right, this process can cause harm. Immune cells can mistake your body's own cells as invaders and attack them. This "friendly fire" can affect almost any part of the body. It can sometimes affect many parts of the body at once. This is called autoimmunity (meaning self-immunity).
Autoimmunity can affect almost any organ or body system. The exact problem one has with autoimmunity (or its diseases) depends on which tissues are targeted.
Media reports would have us believe that boosting the immune system is the key to correcting all deficiencies, but science is proving that many common diseases are caused by overactive immune functions and misdirected immunity.
The human immune system is a truly amazing when it is supported properly. Its all about balance, our hormones need to be in the right ratios, your defense mechanisms need to be functioning properly, the acidity or alkalinity of the body is carefully controlled and microsopic cells of the immune system must be in harmony or disease results.
Sometimes the process breaks down and the immune system attacks self-cells. You have to ask yourself what causes your immune system to break down?
The answer is a dysfunctional immune system. Immune modulation is the key to your health, balancing and supporting your immune system. Not stimulating, blocking or inhibiting specific functions.
This is the case of autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and some forms of arthritis and diabetes. There are cases where the immune response to innocuous substances is inappropriate. This is the case of allergies and the simple substance that elicits the response is called an allergen.
The key to optimal health lies with your immune system

Staying well isn’t just a matter of luck or “good genes”
Health and vitality consist of a nutritious diet, regular exercise/physical activity and taking the right essential nutrients your body must have
The Immune system is a group of cells and organs that work together to fight infections in our bodies. Some of these organs are the thymus, spleen and lymphocytes. The Immune System protects our body from pathogens, disease-causing agents, such as bacteria. These microscopic cells communicate with each other through chemical messages that regulate many other systems of the body.

The perimeter defense starts with your skin and mucous membranes. The skin keeps bacteria and foreign particles out and exerts toxins and waste from within by sweating and regulates body temperature. Various mucous membranes produce secretions that dilute and wash away microbes.
There are 3 major classes of immune cell types. They are then broken down into sub groups. They are responsible for preventing immune destruction and limiting an exaggerated response from foreign substances and infections.

Immune System Problems is the largest threat to Good Health. Diseases and disorders, such as AIDS, Alzheimer’s, Asthma, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Down Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Hepatitis, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, are all reaching epidemic proportions and traditional medicine, has no effective cure for them. These diseases are associated with Immune System Problems. Glyconutrients with Antioxidants will help.
We are surrounded by Toxins and Poison, the air that we breathe is full of chemical impurities and pesticides, our Immune Systems are becoming unhealthy, help unleash the power of Glyconutrients.
Modern medicine certainly have an important place in treatment. Most Doctors of Medicine, are dedicated, clever people doing wonderful work, but sometimes the treatment is hopeless, or, even worse than the problem.
The fourth largest killer of humans in the Western World is Prescription Drugs and Medicines. Have safe Glyconutrients delivered to your door.
Dr. Douglas Willen - "Today, six out of the top ten causes of death are diet related, and chronic degenerative diseases afflict over 120 million Americans. Glyconutrients, which have amazing abilities to maintain and balance your immune system, helping you to achieve optimum health and prevent even the most insidious of today’s killer diseases."
When these glyconutrients, as they are called technically (glyco from the Greek word for "sweet"), are provided in adequate quantity to the body through supplementation, all of the cells in the body start functioning much more effectively. This is especially true for cells in the immune system. As cell-to-cell communication improves in this system, it tends to become better modulated--that is, less likely either to over- or under-react. Correspondingly, allergies and auto-immune conditions tend to diminish or disappear.
Studies confirm that the eight essential biologically active sugars can accomplish amazing results. The following are just a few examples of the exciting possibilities of Glyconutrition and the immune system:
What is the difference between fish oil and flaxseed oil?
Both fish and flax are good sources of omega-3's, and for people who will not consume fish for any reason, flax will do. Flaxseed oil is also less expensive, which can be an important consideration as well. The main difference is that flaxseed oil contains only alpha- linolenic acid (ALA), which is the parent compound from which other omega-3 fatty acids are derived. This leaves it to your body to do the conversion to the other forms it needs, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The problem is that the conversion is not always that efficient, and the body often uses the ALA for extra energy, leaving less for conversion to the other types. Fish oil, on the other hand, contains the other forms and delivers them directly to your body with no conversion necessary. Whatever form you decide to take, nutritionists recommend to back it up with an extra 400 IU of vitamin E (as mixed tocopherols) to prevent the fatty acids from breaking down too rapidly in your body.

The Omega-3 Connection by Andrew L. Stoll
A must-read for anyone dealing with depression, The Omega-3 Connection by Andrew L. Stoll, M.D., strikes yet another blow against the standard American diet. We already know that years of noshing on highly processed foods have saddled us with sky-high rates of heart disease, obesity, and related conditions. But, as we're starting to understand now, our eating habits may also be subtly altering our brain chemistry, leaving us vulnerable to anxiety disorders and depression. Only in this case, it's not just what we're eating--it's what we're not eating: foods containing omega-3 essential fatty acids--the "good fats" that help maintain optimal brain function.
Oxygen depletion weakens our immune system
Oxygen shortage in the human body has been linked to every major illness category including heart conditions, cancer, digestion and elimination problems, respiratory disease, inflamed, swollen and aching joints, sinus problems, yeast infections and even sexual dysfunction. Fresh live foods and rain water contain oxygen. Cooked foods and stagnant water has much less oxygen. Oxygen is our primary source of energy. It displaces harmful free radicals, neutralizes environmental toxins and destroys anaerobic (the inability to live in oxygen rich environments) infectious bacteria, parasites, microbes and viruses.
Immune System Specific Details
Inside your body there is an amazing protection mechanism called the
immune system. It is designed to defend you against millions of bacteria,
microbes, viruses, toxins and parasites that would love to invade your
body. When something dies, its immune system (along with everything
else) shuts down. In a matter of hours, the body is invaded by all
sorts of bacteria, microbes, parasites... None of these things are
able to get in when your immune system is working, but the moment your
immune system stops the door is wide open.
Anti-Aging Solution |
The human immune system is a truly amazing constellation of responses to attacks from outside the body. It has many facets, a number of which can change to optimize the response to these unwanted intrusions. The system is remarkably effective, most of the time. This note will give you a brief outline of some of the processes involved. How the immune system works.
More and more, we are beginning to understand the vital role played by the immune system in preventing disease. Not only does the immune system fight diseases caused by bacteria, viruses and other micro-organisms (for example, helping the body to fight colds and flu), it also helps to protect us against diseases such as arthritis, psoriasis, atherosclerosis and cancer. We have only to look at the devastating effect that AIDS has on the body to understand how important the immune system is to our health.
The healthy immune system is well equipped to fight all forms of disease, including cancer. (If a cell begins to mutate into a cancer cell, for example, the natural killer [NK] cells of the immune system seek it out and destroy it.) Unfortunately, stress, pollution, a lack of sleep, poor nutrition and lack of exercise all impact the immune system, causing it to weaken and become less effective at fighting disease.
